DISNEY EXPLORERS LODGE

The Disney Explorers Lodge is a resort on Lantau Island in Hong Kong, built around the idea of exploration and sharing your findings and experiences with others. I had the opportunity to design the logo and help the creative team with the overall branding for this resort. With the shared experiences mind, I wanted the signs to reflect repurposing items the explorers may have found or used and brought back. A number of the show graphics were patterns relating to the 4 regions this resort highlights - Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania. Each of these regions is also represented by a character, so we were sure to integrate them into our patterns and design elements.
